University of Chittagong is situated in suburban area of Hathhazari, Chittagong district, Bangladesh. It has established in 1966. The campus is 22 km of chittagong city. This university is surrounded by hills and lakes. From the beginning, this university spreading university education in chittagong. This public university has 20000 students and 800 faculty members. dr. Mohammed younus was used to faculty member of this university, the founder of grameen bank. Dr. Jamal Nazrul Islam was mathematician and physicist.
